As a certified Reiki Master Practitioner (Usui Method), holistic guide, and author, I combine Reiki, meditation, therapeutic cooking, sound healing, and spiritual insight to support deep emotional, mental, and physical well-being. The Reiki Experience Reiki is a sacred Japanese healing art (Rei = spiritual wisdom, Ki = life force) that brings balance to the body, mind, and spirit. Developed by Dr. Mikao Usui, this gentle yet powerful practice restores the natural flow of life energy. 

Reiki supports healing on four levels—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—and complements traditional medical care. During a session, clients often experience warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of peace. Reiki facilitates your body’s innate ability to heal and can help ease stress, anxiety, fatigue, and trauma. Many leave feeling lighter, aligned, and “more like themselves.” My background extends beyond Reiki. As a pianist, author, and sound facilitator in health care centers and hospitals since 2007, I’ve witnessed the profound connection between energy, sound, and emotional healing. 

My work merges creative expression with holistic science, guiding people to open their hearts and rediscover harmony in every aspect of life. I am honored to walk beside those seeking growth, peace, and purpose — offering compassionate guidance and the tools to awaken their divine light. Reiki is not tied to any religion or culture.
