People don’t die from diseases, contrary to what we often hear:
“He died of a stroke.”
“She passed away from cancer.”
“Diabetes took him.”
“Alzheimer’s killed her.”
“He had HIV.”
“She died of an ulcer.”
“An infection got her.”
“His blood pressure was too high…”
No.
People die from inner imbalances—mental and emotional states that disrupt their inner harmony and upset their hormonal systems.
These mental states trigger the release of specific hormone combinations that generate emotions. When these emotions become chronic, they create conditions in the body that weaken the immune system, making it harder to function properly.
The body follows the brain’s commands.
And the brain? It acts like an antenna, picking up the signals of our thoughts.
That’s why understanding is so important—it helps us tune into mental and emotional frequencies that are healthier and more in sync with our body’s natural rhythm.
When we align ourselves with the right frequency, we don’t get sick.
We may even avoid certain “accidents,” which are sometimes nothing more than unconscious behaviors on autopilot. If we were fully aware of our thoughts and inner conflicts, many so-called “inevitable” accidents would never happen.
This is why no conventional medication—no matter how advanced—can truly cure us.
Because healing doesn’t come from a pill.
It comes from understanding.
Medications often only cover up the symptoms—like painting over a damp spot on a wall without fixing the crack that lets the water in.
They hide the symptom, not the cause.
Without understanding, the illness returns.
Let’s take a simple example:
A sports injury caused by bad technique.
You can go through countless physical therapy sessions and take all the rest you want,
but if you don’t fix the technique, the injury will keep coming back.
And what about addictions? Tobacco, drugs, unhealthy eating, compulsive gambling…
Aren’t these also signs of deep emotional or psychological imbalances?
“All is mind. The universe is mental.”
— The Kybalion
So, can we say that we die from ignorance?
An ignorance rooted in fear.
A lack of awareness of how we truly function—physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually.
This ignorance shows up in many forms:
A person who is unaware of themselves also wastes energy through their own naïveté—energy that others (media, politics, television) know how to exploit using techniques that lower our awareness and keep us trapped in chaotic thought patterns.
On the other hand, someone with a deep understanding of life, human relationships, and their own body is less likely to fall into destructive mental states. As a result, their health is often more stable.
That doesn’t mean they’ll never feel low—no one is immune.
But they’ll know how to rise above it.
Don’t focus on curing illness.
Help people understand—and the illness will often disappear on its own.
You might ask:
What about children? The little ones who die so young?
Here’s my response—shared with care and common sense:
A young child can’t take care of themselves. They are deeply connected to their parents emotionally.
If the parents live in a state of emotional imbalance, these vibrations are passed on to the child—consciously or not.
Just like a baby is nourished by breast milk, they are also fed by emotional energy.
So it’s possible that some childhood illnesses stem from the emotional unawareness of the parents.
You’re free to accept or reject this idea.
But before you do—take a moment to reflect on it.
I don’t have a medical degree.
I’m not a scientist.
I’m just an observer—of myself, and of others.
So if you’re a doctor or a researcher, don’t bother replying with technical jargon.
I won’t understand it anyway.
And truthfully, no patient can heal unless they want to heal.
